The Salon Leeds – Re-opening Changes

There are many changes in place, please take the time to read our updates page, but here’s a quick summary before you book:

Appointments only – online bookings
Bookings can only be made online, we are not accepting bookings or cancellations over the phone, and no walk-in services

You must turn up on time, alone
Please arrive prompt, and arrive on your own. No partners, friends, children etc

You will need to wait outside
Unfortunately we cannot provide a seating area, you will have to wait outside until called in by a member of staff

Temperature checks
On arrival we will take your temperature using a contactless temperature reader, if your temperature is above 37.5 then you will not be able to enter.

Face masks should be worn
Although not mandatory we do ask that clients to wear their own face masks where possible, except where particularly uncomfortable or due to medical conditions such as asthma.  Please bring your own face mask if possible, as we have only limited supplies.

The toilet is only available for limited use

No refreshments
We cannot currently provide any drinks, we recommend you bring your own, especially for longer services

Price & service changes
Some services are temporarily unavailable, and all services have been allocated longer service times to prevent over-running.  To reflect all this and increased costs including additional PPE etc, we have adjusted our prices

Our hygiene procedures
All staff will be wearing PPE, clean gowns will be used for each client and stations will be cleaned after each client

Card payments only
We cannot accept cash payments at this time, all payments only by card. We can charge the card used to book your appointment, or you can pay by contactless means.

Skin tests
Many clients will be due for a skin test and/or consultation, if you have not had one in the last 6 months you must call down for one (academy is open Mon-Sat), if you turn up for a colour/chemical service and you have not had a skin test with us you in the 6 months prior to your appointment will be refused service and still charged.  If you wish to clarify your last skin test, text/Whatsapp the salon mobile on 07756263314.

Please reschedule if you are unwell
If you or anyone in your household or work environment has had symptoms at any time, please cancel your appointment and self-isolate at home in accordance with published NHS advice.

Booking an appointment constitutes understanding and acceptance of the above

Please note: student services are only available on specific days, ie:

• Thurs 13th Aug
• Weds 19th Aug;
further dates to be advised.

We also ask clients to contact us if, after an appointment, they find they have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19
